A rapidly expanding stock range and a last minute surprise change to the premises lease screamed out an unmissable message to Nigel, Company Director of Ginger Ted - "It's Time to Move!" It may well be a blessing in disguise for a growing business but no time is ever the right time to move. We sat down with Nigel and we looked at the logistics and all the implications for his operation. Aiming for minimal disruption we planned a phased removal of stock and storage fixtures and timed the dismantling and rebuilding around his order picking and dispatching requirements so that despite one of the biggest upheavals in the company's history, the customers never noticed a thing.
